The staff is nice and they provide some fresh produce meat and deli counter items. I always like looking around there. If they were not associated with Copper Island Pub, I would give their business a 5-star rating. This is still a nice convenience grocer store.
We are so lucky to have this local gem here in Blind Bay !! Not only is the staff extremely knowledgeable and friendly but the variety of products for a smaller store is amazing and fair pricing !! Great place - we sure do appreciate you guys and all your hard work and community spirit

I'm giving this market a three as the staff were so friendly, knowledgeable, and available for any questions I had, including product recommendations. However, at the time they had sales going on, they did not apply the sale prices to my bill on three items. As it was just $4 dollars, I was not going to go back in and hold up the line to complain. The point is that they did not apply sale prices/ promotions to the prices, so keep that in mind. As they are the only market in this town, I feel they do take advantage and overpriced certain items. I understand shipping here must be expensive. I felt the prices were more expensive as this is a vacation destination. They are not thinking of their community, which I'm assuming supports them during the winter/fire seasons. We later found out they have a second market closer to Finnz restaurant, which I went to try the bakery as beautiful as the bakery looked the food was underwhelming and wrong. I ordered a half dozen cannolis, and the filling was whipped cream. Didn't eat it and threw $26 in the garbage. Lesson learned this is not an Italian bakery
I have to give kudos when it’s merited. As a person who travels the highway for work, getting something on the go is just part of life, the challenge is getting something good. I stopped here for another grab’n’go lunch, and picked up one of their in-house signature sandwiches. Fresh, filling and fairly priced… will be a repeat customer each time I’m in Sorrento. Added bonus the store is easy to shop staff is friendly and engaging. Keep up the winning formula!
Staff is almost always pleasant and informative about their products whether it be in the deli or the liquor. Even when there's a line it they get through it very fast. Cost is pretty cheap considering inflation and they have a mean apple fritter that is to die for. Overall great place.
